Intermediate Commercial Lawyer

• 3 – 5 years experience
• Sophisticated and Robust Regional Practice


As our well-established client base is growing, we are looking for an intermediate lawyer to expand our team of 6 lawyers. Based in Whangarei, our firm focuses on the subject areas of trusts and asset protection, business structures and arrangements, property matters, relationship property and general commercial work. Ideally, we want a lawyer with a commercial or property background.

Sitting alongside our commercial practice, we have a focus on mediation and alternative dispute resolution, with a modest litigation section. A lawyer with experience in mediation and/or litigation is preferable.

Strong communication and research skills are essential. In addition, we require someone who is motivated, energetic and personable. Our lawyers work individually as well as collegially in teams and we expect all our staff to pull their weight and have a can-do, positive attitude.

We are looking for someone who is interested in growing the client base and, together with our other intermediate lawyers, helping shape and ensure the healthy future of the firm.
